How can I delete my myGATE Account?
To delete your Account, please follow the steps below:
- Click on your profile icon at the top of your homepage
- Click on "Delete Account"
- You will be asked for confirmation, so click on "Delete"
- Enter the OTP you will receive on the email associated with the Account to complete the deletion
Remember that once you delete your Account, you will no longer be able to access your Personal Area.
To gain access again, you will need to receive a new invitation and sign up again.
⚠️ Note:
For vehicle usage audits, some data from the deleted Account are retained for ten years.
Specifically:
- Personal and contact information (first name, last name, e-mail, phone number)
- Data related to the role within the belonging companies
- Registration data (date of acceptance of Terms and Conditions)
Conversely, your system access data will be permanently deleted.
